LibertyBOSS (“BOSS”) service life is as follows:

Quarterly Evacuation Line Cleaner
Restores Suction to its Full Capacity

CleanLINZ breaks down and digests organic waste through the entire evacuation system which restores vacuum suction to its maximum capacity. By keeping lines unplugged, stress on the evacuation pump is reduced. The threat of productivity downtime and expensive repair work is removed, and your suction will continue to operate at maximum efficiency.

The Hg Buster is to be installed after the pump (when possible) to capture any soluble mercuryreleased from the pump into the waste water. With a M.A.R.S. LibertyBOSS amalgam separator, the expected service life is up to 12 months per filter.

1 1/2’’ Scrubber is added after your amalgam separator or pump. The service life of the Hg Buster is up to 1 year ($174.95). Replacement filters are available ($115.95). When the Hg Buster is depleted, you can return it to M.A.R.S. Bio-Med for safe recycling.

Contact and Non-Contact amalgam container filters are available for $14.95, and the convenient filter bags can be used with existing containers. The filters are designed to capture vaporous mercury. Do not store amalgam in liquid.

M.A.R.S.’ LINZ program is a combination of CleanLINZ, an aggressive system and PowerLINZ, a maintenance system. This way we can control the reduction of the bio film and not flood your evac-u-trap, amalgam separator or pipe unions with released sludge.

Our system allows for CleanLINZ, the aggressive cleaner to work for the first 8 days of every quarter and our maintenance product, PowerLINZ daily evacuation line cleaner, to work for the balance of the 3 months. This is repeated every quarter so your lines can gradually return to their original state without releasing large clumps of sludge at one time.

New guidelines have been issued by the US Environmental Protection Agency (“EPA”) regarding amalgam separators used in dental offices. Enforcement began July 14th, 2017.
