If you are dissatisfied with an item we want correct the problem quickly and efficiently. 

• New items have a 15 day return policy plus a 20% restocking fee. 
• Pre-owned/Used items do not carry any warranty but if the item does not function as mentioned please contact us as soon as possible and we will make it right. 
• Any returns are subject to 20% restocking fee. 
• Shipping fees are non refundable.
